The Civil20 Dialogue: shaping discussions in the run-up to the G20 Summit
For the first time in the history of the G20 Summit, people from around the world are invited to share their views with world leaders.
Launched in mid-January by the G20 Civil Secretariat of Russia and UNDP, acrowdsourcing project called The Civil20 Dialogue is allowing global citizens to influence key policy recommendations that will be presented to the leaders during the G20 Summit, taking place in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, in September 2013.
The platform collects recommendations and suggestions from civil society and citizens on topics such as:

"Baikal's Little Tresure Chest" was created in the frames of the international initiative "Every Drop Matters" of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Coca-Cola Company (ТССС).
Alcohol and tobacco use among young people falls in the Russian Federation
Copenhagen and St Petersburg, 15 February 2013. Data published by WHO/Europe show a significant fall in alcohol and tobacco use by young people in the Russian Federation. The latest report from the Health Behaviour in School-aged Children (HBSC) study shows a decline in the number of 13-year-old girls who smoke at least once a week. Weekly smoking among 15-year-old boys and girls is also decreasing.
