Selection of the organization on Preparation and broadcasting of a new topical television program intended to counteract the addiction to drugs, to prevent HIV/AIDS and other socially significant communicable diseases
Dear Mr./Ms.:
1. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above subject.
2. This RFP includes the following documents:
Section 1 – This Letter of Invitation
Section 2 – Instructions to Proposers (including Data Sheet)
Section 3 – Terms of Reference
Section 4 – Proposal Submission Form
Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Proposer
Section 6 – Technical Proposal Form
Section 7 – Financial Proposal Form
Section 8 – Contract for Professional Services, including General Terms and Conditions
3. Your offer comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 1, Clause 17.
4. You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP via the following addressee and location:

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than 16 October 2011.
The letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Proposal and if not, we would appreciate your kind indication of the reason, for our records purposes. Please be further informed that transferring this invitation to another firm is not allowed without notification to UNDP.
5. Should you need further clarification, kindly communicate with the contact person indicated in the attached Bid Data Sheet duly assigned to handle all queries for this RFP.
